THE SATANIC FOOTPRINT

Repetitive allegations about past cases of child abuse which proSRAMists (SRAM= Satanic Ritual Abuse Myth) uncover has become aconstant feature of attempts to perpetuate the idea of SRAM. Ithas taken this route in the U.S.A. and it seems that a permanentcontroversy over these cases is in view for the U.K. leaving theway open for a continuous debate within which personal prejudices and religious bigotry can manifest. There was an urgent need to prepare a technique to quicklyanalyse and validate such claims and the Satanic Footprint is the result. The difficulty is that answering these type of allegations isvirtually impossible for any discussion becomes fundamentally circular. If there were any REAL proof that SRAM existed the debate would automatically end. Therefore we aredealing with arguments from the convinced and the arena ofargument is specified using values which are culturally biasedtherefore any attempt to explain alternative perspectives isdoomed to soun d unconvincing or paltry. Before responding to the allegations it is essential to ask thepro-SRAMists to substantiate aspects which must apply to ALL such cases but which have until now not been adequately addressed,thereby scoping a balanced arena of argument.These questions are:

(i) Why do they do it? What are Satanists supposed to gain? The pro-SRAMist needs to explain and prove a detailed strategy andphilosophy related to the religious proclivities of Satanismwhich have some cohesive direction and aim. They haveconsistently been unable to achieve that perspective let alone prove it

(ii) Why do the antics of perpetrators in the cases produced bythe pro-SRAMists appear so inconsistent to occult historians andnot resemble the known liturgy or methods of Satanists? E.G.(a)Satanists don't use Ouija Boards (see Hazel Paul case 1988 forthese are used by Spiritists and mediums; the device wasdeveloped in Germany as late as the 19c and therefore antedatethe known Satanic Tradition. E.G.(b) There is a whole demonology of Biblical Spirits (penned & described by obsesed Christianpedants) but these are not used by Satanists and NO GENUINESatanic Intelligences (as known and taught by the tradition)appear in these cases. Especialy not one called Santamas (SeeReginald Harris Case 1990) nor Asmodeus (See McKenzie case 1989)so presumably Harris & McKenzie knew nothing about genuineOccultism/Satanism and made it all up; hence were not REALSatanists. E.G.(c) Asmodeus or Asmoday is one of the 72 ntelligences of the Lemegeton a nd first appears in a 17c source manuscript. Supposedly the original work and knowledge of theJudaic King Solomon. This book therefore concerns WHITE magicknot 'black' and none of the Goetic Intelligences are Satanic.However even if we deign to believe in the existence of Asmoday,he/she/it has nothing to do with Lechery and Debauchery as wasclaimed in the McKenzie case but is supposed to confer theinoccuous arts of Arithmetic, Astronomy, Geometry andHandicrafts. In short McKenzie knew nothing of genuine occultism. All the cases so far presented have one thing in common to theeye of an accomplished genuine occultist. They are BOGUS. Thepeople concerned were NOT genuine occultists. Their knowledge issuspect; their actions inconsistent with the needs of normalritual workings; their trappings confuse traditions and no known, firm or lasting connections within the occult sub-culture orerstwhile Satanic accomplices have ever been found.

(iii) Why is it that no perpetrators have subsequently admitted to Satanic involvement after the trial? Why haven't the abusers in the broxtowe case admitted that they were Satanists? Surelythese people would respond to pressure, persuasion or even offers of money? Why has every pro-SRAMist interviewed their victimsbut without exception never bothered to interview theperpetrators? Why did the father of Andrew Newel, quoted by theCook Report as a Satanist, complain to Central TV that his sonhad never termed himself a satanist and maintains that stance inprison to this day?

(iv) Why is so called Satanic Abuse conceived as being moredangerous and damaging than similar tortures and abusesperpetrated on children in a non-Satanic situation and why mustwe treat it differently to 'normal' child abuse?

(vii) Why do several cases a year with inconclusive links tooccultism signify a problem which demands immediate governmentand police action when there are currently over 5,000 cases ofincest-related abuse which occur yearly? There is no sense ofproportion here. This in itself indicates mild hysteria.

(viii) If we accept the assertions of the pro-SRAMists as beingcorrect, what are we going to do with people who are convicted of Satanic Abuse, how are we going to treat them and how differentwill this treatment be to that given to normal offenders? Whowill treat them and why?

(ix) How does half a dozen cases, unconnected by time or place,which involve Ouija Board Sessions, the use of a wand and the attribution of spurrious occult names provide proof that there is a pan-global network of Satanists intent on kidnapping, raping,abusing, aborting, murdering,skinning and eating children?N.B.(.".the details do appear to be very similar across theworld. The content is different.Pro-SRAMists are trying to fit the horrors of child fantasiesinto cases which have no such indications or crimes. THE SATANIC FOOTPRINT: We have coined the ter m Satanic Footprint to represent the totallity of pro-SRAMist thinking. Previouslypro-SRAMists have dipped into a lucky-dip of evil attrocitieswhich humans have committed and plucked out random examples which seem to convince us of one particular aspect of their argument.Although many individual pro-SRAMists have attempted profiles ofSatanic Abuse and Satanic Crime all of these rely upon individual elaboration supposition and interpretation and most such attempts differ considerably in major assertions. However there IS acaucus of agreement and it is from this that we have built theSatanic Footprint. It seems obvious that the best way of clearing the confusion anderradicating or proving any known cases or set of suspiciouscircumstances, is to profile a Satanic Footprint which can thenbe compared with pro-SRAMist cases and given an objective 'score' which would indicate the level of validity of the case. Before the Satanic Footprint pro-SRAMists conducted a catch-ascatch-can argum ent ducking and weaving between the listenersignorance. Before we begin to draw conclusions from these tables it isnecessary to make clear that no pro-SRAMist has insisted that ALL these indicators and Satanic Footprint Crimes will occur in every single case, but research and analytical logic shows that thechances of a case being correctly diagnosed as SATANIC increasewith the incidence of these indicators. This is PRECISELY thelogic that individual pro-SRAMists themselves used whenattempting to gain support by presenting their own 'indicators'list to the professions. The great difference here is that theSatanic Footprint does not rely upon interpretation of testimonyfrom adult or child 'survivors' but on the objective analysis offactual occurrences.

CONCLUSIONS:Firstly it immediately becomes obvious that, unlike the Footprint itself, the complete list of Non Criminal Indications is entirely dependent upon the INTERPRETATION of the circumstances by the observer and that every one of the indications is ambiguous andmay occur independently of any Satanic Involvement. Additionally any number of permutations of these indicators may produce thesame ambiguity in a genuine situation (for example, in theceremonies of many unorthodox beliefs or minority cultures) andalso unintentionally in, say, a fancy dress party. Secondly the Satanic Footprint itself contains sixteen seriouscrimes which the pro-SRAMists have universally attributed to Satanism. Yet only the first two of these crimes are EXCLUSIVELYSatanic. The rest are not dependent upon links with Satanism andoccur repetitively throughout all societies from motivationswhich have nothing to do with Satanism. Therefore it is plain that, using the standards provided by thepro-S RAMists themselves, the only irrefutable indication of aSATANIC crime will occur when one or other (or both) of thefirst two conditions in the Footprint have been satisfied. If this is not the case, then statistics and prior experienceshow that the rest of the crimes in the Footprint have a greaterthan even chance of being attributable to 'normal' criminalactivity and having nothing whatsoever to do with Satanism.In short, for the pro-SRAMists to establish the existence of andpersue the prosecution of a definite and seperate genre ofSatanic Crime/Abuse (i.e. crime/abuse that results directly andsolely from the liturgy of Satanism and which must therefore betreated entirely independently and seperately from Crimesresulting from any other 'regular' human motivational source)cases must be found or uncovered which meet those first twoconditions in the Footprint. -A random application of the Footprint to other cases quoted byfundamentalists and pro-SRAMists as being 'conclusive' has givensimilar results. There is no doubt that the Footprint is one ofthe most important aids to deciphering the controversy of SRAM. It must be borne in mind that the Footprint depends upon theapplication of CRIMINAL criteria which are supported by definitephysical evidence. (i.e. bodies, murder weapons, blood stains,injuries, etc.) To avoid the hysteria, misrepresentation.misinterpretation and prejudice which has hallmared the SRAM all allegations or suspicions which are non-evidential or whichresult from testimony of a suspect or unreliable witness can only be applied as a guide to the Non-Criminal indicators. TheFootprint is a measure of proveable fact, not opinion. It isdestined for use in detection & investigation, not therapy. It is because too many people have judged a case by the appliedrumour and suspicion which was generated a round it that thecontroversy caused so much damage to has reached this level of it complexity. This Footprint gives the clearest indication yet why Broxtowecase is crucial to the acceptance of S.R.A.M. Arguably the mostperverted and extensive child abuse crimes in English historyprovoking emotional responses by the very nature of theallegations and the scope of the perversions. Although achieving100% suspicion rating on both the first and second Non-CriminalIndications (top marks for any footprint so far run), the first(genuine) Footprint shows it to have scored LESS than theMcKenzie case.
